Mindful Strength Summer Retreat

This is a rare opportunity to work in-person with Kathryn, Chris and Kyle in their home studio and local gym. We want this summer retreat to feel personal, special, and regenerative which is why we are only accepting 12 participants.
Each day will follow a specific theme…
Day 1: Bodyweight Movements
Day 2: Kettlebells & Dumbbells
Day 3: Mobility & Recovery
Day 4: Barbells & the Big Lifts
Classes and workshops will take place in either the gym. at Mindful Strength HQ in the small village of Williamstown, or at a small local yoga studio.
This retreat includes four very active days, rests will be given, but this is not ideal for absolute beginners.
Each day will include a 2-3 workshops/classes incorporating the theme of the day.
During the gym sessions, the group will be split into 2 groups to ensure personal attention is possible.

This retreat includes four full days of programming beginning on the morning of July 20th. participants should plan to arrive on July 19th to ensure they will be ready to go on the first morning. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations (info below).
Classes/workshops will take place in Cornwall Ontario and in Williamstown Ontario. Cornwall and Williamstown are a 20 minute (beautifully scenic) drive apart.
We recommend you book your accommodations in Cornwall, Williamstown, Lancaster, Alexandria, or somewhere in between.
We recommend looking at Air BnB (click here for listings), the Chesley Inn (in Cornwall), The Auberge Glengarry Inn (in Alexandria), or Charlottenburgh Campground on the St. Lawerence River.

We welcome all ages and levels. Please be advised that this will be a very active four days, if you are an absolute beginner this is not the best place to begin.

More details: Capacity will be capped at 12 participants. The retreat will be taught by Kathryn, Kyle and Chris (Kathryn being the main teacher).
Lunch will be served on each day of the retreat, if you have a life threatening allergy please let us know.
If you are afraid of dogs this will not be a great experience for you as our family dog Crowe will be around the house during the retreat.
