30-Day Practice Progression

I’ve never felt motivated to practice every day.

Motivation can be hard, we feel it as well. We have designed these classes to freshen up your days in an amount of time that feels really manageable. All you have to do is set aside 30 minutes every day.

Isn’t recovery also important?

Recovery is so important, which is why some of the practice sessions will be recovery based. After a few days of vigorous movement, we will unwind with some self-massage, floor movement, gentle breathing, and restoration.

How do I blend all these modalities in a way that still feels connected in 30-Days?

We have a really unique way of blending modalities like lifting, asana, and bodyweight movement. We do this in ways that feel contained and connected so you won’t ever feel like you are doing random exercises. We use principles of strength training to inform other practices like yoga, and vice versa.

What’s the difference between this and any other 30-Day challenge?

30-day challenges are often done in studios where you end up practicing a very similar sequence every day. We aren’t practicing every day just for the sake of exercise, we are using a range of modalities to actually build resilience.

Why would I buy this as a separate product if it’s included in the Membership?

We encourage you to join the Membership and take part in our 30-day progression. That being said we know some people don’t want to sign up for a monthly subscription, they only have time for these 30-minute classes and they don’t need access to the entire class library.

Can I ask questions or communicate with Kathryn and Kyle during the 30-Days?

Yes, if you start the progression in October you will get FREE access to the weekly check-in calls. These calls are as listed Oct 1st 7pm, 6th at 6pm, 13th at 12pm, 20th at 12pm and 27th at 6pm, all EST (NYC/Toronto time). If you sign up for the progression later in the year you will not get access to these extra check-in calls.

“The Mindful Strength Membership classes always leave me feeling fantastic! Great approach to strength, mobility and full body movement. Highly recommend for just about anyone.”
