We have put together two surveys, one for teachers and one for movement class participants (non-teachers) to gather information about the core. There are many ideas out there, and even a bit of confusion surrounding what we should do with our core muscles during yoga, pilates, weight training, and other forms of physical exercise. The following surveys are multiple-choice and will only take a few minutes to complete. Your answers will be anonymous and the information collected will be used for an article on core engagement.
