Adam lives in Long Beach, California and has been teaching Pilates since 2009. He is an internationally recognized Pilates teacher trainer for Breathe Education, holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and is currently studying Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
