Description
Class Dates: June 5 – July 17 (no class on long weekend)
Class Time: 9:30am – 10:30am
This class will be taught as a 6-week strength progression. Participants will receive a program on the first day and progressively build up resistance using weights with Kathryn’s instruction and guidance. Exercises will boost functional strength, ability to lift, balance and endurance. Come practice strength building with our small group in an encouraging and inviting atmosphere. Class is limited to 6 participants, pre-registration is required. Class series is non-refundable. Participants must be cleared by their doctor to exercise.
What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable cool clothing, a water bottle
