Dates: Jan 4, 11, 18, 25, Feb 1, 8 (6 weeks in total)
Time: 9:30am-10:30am every class
This series will include strength and mobility exercises done with a resistance band and basic weights. Classes will follow a gradual progression and incorporate awareness and self regulation (i.e. calm breathing, mindfulness, relaxation) moments as well.
Expect full body strengthening to increase your capacity in every day movements like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and squatting.
Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor, modifications will be given to boost accessibility when needed.
Come practice in an inviting small group setting (6 participants max)
