Description
You are signing up for our next 6-week session of Mindful Strength Classes in Williamstown. This class series will teach you strength. mobility and functional movement using resistance bands and light weights. Classes are a blend of strength exercises, stretches, and a brief cool down. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted, no formal experience is required.
Our studio is in Williamstown, address and parking info will be sent out prior to the first class.
Dates: Feb 27 – April 3 (6 consecutive Mondays)
