Back by popular demand, we are running a 4-week series on progressing towards pull-ups and pistol squats. Pistol squats are the fitness name for single leg squats, which is a movement that challenges lower body strength and mobility. We are combining these two movements to create a harmonious, playful and vigorous approach to full body strength training.

You will love this 8-class series taught by Kathryn Bruni-Young and Kyle Pichie!

Dates: Live classes are November 24, December 1, 8, 15 @12pm Eastern Time (Toronto/NYC time zone)

An additional class will come out each week as a recording, these will be released on Fridays. Live classes will give you the option to connect with the group, Kathryn and Kyle.

What else is included? Access to a FB group where we can share questions and challenges about your strength practice. An interactive PDF including images, videos, and a full written program you can follow along with during the class series. Kathryn and Kyle will teach the program and help folks find versions of the movements that better fit their needs. Each class will be a blend of pull-up and single leg squat progressions, a full body experience.

What you need? You will need a set of gymnastics rings and a sturdy place to hang them i.e. a pull-up bar or a strong tree branch. Any weights (kettlebells or dumbbells) and resistance bands you have will also help you. A chair and a couple of yoga blocks are needed for the single leg progressions.

The live classes will be recorded and will be sent out to the group. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation in your email inbox. Zoom links will be sent out on November 23rd. If you have any technical challenges please email support@mindfulstrength.ca and Chris will get back to you.

After this 4-week series is over you will maintain access to the classes until July 2022.
