In reality, capacity-building strategies (strength training) can help people progress from pain and injuries and help them get back to the activities they love.

More About Nada

Nada Hassan is a physical therapy resident working at a movement and education-based physiotherapy clinic “The Movement”. She is also a Crossfit enthusiast, Olympic weightlifting lover, and world record holder in powerlifting. Nada’s main focus is to keep lifters lifting by providing them with movement options, addressing primary issues instead of just tackling pain, keeping training/rehab fun, and changing the perception of what rehab really is and can be.
