This is a rare opportunity to work in-person with Kathryn, Chris and Kyle in their home studio and local gym. We want this summer retreat to feel personal, special, and regenerative which is why we are only accepting 10 participants.

Each day will follow a specific theme…

Day 1: Bands

Day 2: Kettlebells

Day 3: Restoration & Mental Health

Day 4: Barbells & Bodyweight

Classes and workshops will take place in either the gym or at Mindful Strength HQ in the small village of Williamstown.

This retreat will include full days of balanced movement and is not ideal for absolute beginners.

Participants can expect to leave feeling strong, refreshed, and confident working with bands and weights both in studios and in the gym.

More details: Capacity will be capped at 10 participants, this retreat will not be practiced with social distancing. Participants who are showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to attend classes. In the unlikely event of an Ontario lockdown payments will be refunded in full. No other refunds will be given under any circumstances.

If you are afraid of dogs this will not be a great experience for you as our family dog Crowe will be around the house during the retreat.

Important Logistics

This retreat includes four full days of programming beginning on the morning of July 21st. participants should plan to arrive on July 20th to ensure they will be ready to go on the first morning. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations.

Classes/workshops will take place in Cornwall Ontario and in Williamstown Ontario. Cornwall and Williamstown are a 20 minute (beautifully scenic) drive apart.

We recommend you book your accommodations in Cornwall, Williamstown, Alexandria, or somewhere in between. We recommend looking at Air BnB, the Chesley Inn (in Cornwall), The Auberge Glengarry Inn (in Alexandria), or Charlottenburgh Campground on the St. Lawerence River.

Depending on how many parcipants arrive in their own vehicles we will be planning carpooling throughout the week.

How to get to Cornwall?

Cornwall is approx 1 hour from both Ottawa and Montreal. There are no flights to Cornwall, the VIA Rail Train stops in Cornwall and Alexandria.
