Four nourishing and invigorating days of Mindful Strength in person!

This is a rare opportunity to work in-person with Kathryn, Chris and Kyle in the Mindful Strength HQ gym. We want this retreat to feel personal, special, and regenerative which is why we are only accepting 6 participants.

Each day will follow a specific theme. This year we will integrate more time in the gym using barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight movement, and of course calming mobility. Days will be very active but well balanced, we always keep recovery in mind.

Classes and workshops will take place in either the Mindful Strength HQ gym, outside (weather depending), or at the local museum in Williamstown.

This retreat includes four very active days, rests will be given, but this is not ideal for absolute beginners.

Each day will include a 2-3 workshops/classes running from approx 9am to 4pm with a lunch break. There is an educational component to this retreat, we welcome curious practitioners and folks who love to learn.

This year we are accepting only 6 participants, if this retreat fills we will add a second date.

Kathryn will teach most of the retreat. Kyle and Chris will also be teaching segments.

Important Logistics

This retreat includes four full days of programming beginning on the morning of September 26th. participants should plan to arrive on Sept 25th to ensure they will be ready to go on the first morning. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations (info below).

Classes/workshops will take place in  Williamstown Ontario. Williamstown is a 20 minute scenic drive from Cornwall Ontario.

We recommend you book your accommodations in Cornwall, Williamstown, Lancaster, Alexandria, or somewhere in between.

 Is this the right retreat for you?

We welcome all ages and levels. Please be advised that this will be a very active four days, if you are an absolute beginner to physical activity this is not the best place to begin.

More details: Capacity will be capped at 6 participants. The retreat will be taught by Kathryn, Kyle and Chris (Kathryn being the main teacher).

Lunch will be served on each day of the retreat, if you have a life threatening allergy please let us know. If you don’t eat meat, let us know and we will provide vegetarian options.

If you are afraid of dogs this will not be a great experience for you as our family dog Crowe will be around the house during the retreat.
