Description
You are signing up for Kathryn Bruni-Young’s Mindful Strength classes in Williamstown Ontario. This 6-week series will focus on building full body strength and mobility using a resistance band. Each week will progress you towards feeling stronger, more agile, and confident with challenging yet highly accessible exercises.
Dates: Wednesday’s from Oct 5 – Nov 9
Time: 9:30-10:30am
Participants must be able to get up/down from the floor relatively easily and unassisted, and must be cleared to exercise by their healthcare professional.
This is a pre-registered series, to hold your spot please submit your payment. In the event that Kathryn gets sick class will be cancelled and a make up date will be set. Please bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable exercise clothes. This class series is non-refundable.
