International Shipping: We are now shipping worldwide (including Australia) for an additional charge of $15 CAD. Please not that this option does not come with tracking, or international duties.
Live in Cornwall/Williamstown area? We will drop off your order within a couple of days, keep an eye on your mailbox.

Other useful equipment: A blue latex free resistance band will come in handy, so will a couple of hand weights. We also love/use the Yoga Tune Up massage balls. No need to have all the equipment to get started, use what you have around the house.
