If you are signing up for Personalized Programming please add a minimum of 4 sessions to cart before checking out. In it for the long run? Sign up for 6-12 sessions and commit to a consistent practice of strength building. Personalized Programming clients get a written program as well as 1-1 sessions (45-60 min) with Kathryn.
