Class Dates: 6 Consecutive Wednesdays from April 19 – May 24
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am (studio opens at 9:15am)
More Info: This is a 6-week guided strength and mobility program where participants will learn how to progress at their own pace in an encouraging environment. Each participant will receive a print out of their program to record their weights and progress their capacity. We have weights for all levels, from light to heavy. The class ends with a stretch and brief cool down to encourage mindfulness and relaxation. This is a small group class limited to 6 participants.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. Classes are done in socks or bare feet.
Pre-Requisites: Participants must be able to get up three steps to enter the studio, and get up and down from the floor easily in order to participate.
