Keep the gains coming with another 12-weeks of the progressive training you know and love.

What’s not changing in Block 2:

  • Deadlifts will continue to work through different percentages and reps each week
  • Bench press will keep on building, eventually switching over to percentages
  • Low intensity cardio will maintain, assisting with recovery and endurance
  • Exercises like lunges, bicep curls, and overhead press aren’t going anywhere

What’s new in Block 2:

  • Squats will be added to the program as a main compound lift
  • Overhead pulling options will be added (assisted pull-up, lat pull down)
  • Intervals will keep progressing, building aerobic capacity
  • More plyometrics for impact and bone health
  • A power exercise for the legs
  • A few new accessory exercises to keep things fresh

Monthly live calls and Monday check-ins continue. Check the Community Forum for dates, reminders and to ask questions or share progress.
