Keep the gains coming with another 12-weeks of the progressive training you know and love.
What’s not changing in Block 2:
- Deadlifts will continue to work through different percentages and reps each week
- Bench press will keep on building, eventually switching over to percentages
- Low intensity cardio will maintain, assisting with recovery and endurance
- Exercises like lunges, bicep curls, and overhead press aren’t going anywhere
What’s new in Block 2:
- Squats will be added to the program as a main compound lift
- Overhead pulling options will be added (assisted pull-up, lat pull down)
- Intervals will keep progressing, building aerobic capacity
- More plyometrics for impact and bone health
- A power exercise for the legs
- A few new accessory exercises to keep things fresh
