Keep the gains coming with another 12-weeks of the progressive training you know and love.
What’s not changing in Block 3:
- Deadlifts, bench press and squat (leg press) will continue with percentage based weekly progressions
- Plyometrics and power exercises will maintain
- Low intensity cardio will maintain, assisting with recovery and endurance
- Overhead press and pulling exercise will continue building
What’s new in Block 3:
- Bye bye burpees, it was fun, but it’s time to switch it up
- Hello Turkish Get Up (if you don’t know what this is, we will show you!)
- Sprint intervals are replacing the HIIT intervals for speed and power
- New accessory exercises to keep things fresh
- Hanging is added for grip strength and mobility
