In this conversation Erin talks about how she started her movement practice at a very young age with ballet, and how her unique life circumstances led her to open a Pilates studio at the age of 19. Erin spent nearly four years of her early teenage life at home with an illness, and used strength and movement to help rebuild her strength during recovery. Erin has 20 years of teaching experience, and pulls from her extensive knowledge of various methods. There is some great advice in here for teachers too.
