Class Dates: Feb 28 – April 17
Class Time: 9:30am – 10:30am
This class will be taught as an 8-week strength progression. Participants will receive a program on the first day and progressively build up resistance using weights with Kathryn’s instruction and guidance. Exercises will boost functional strength, ability to lift, balance and endurance. Come practice strength building with our small group in an encouraging and inviting atmosphere. Class is limited to 6 participants, pre-registration is required. Class series is non-refundable. Participants must be cleared by their doctor to exercise, must be able to get up/down from the floor unassisted, and walk up 3 stairs.
What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable cool clothing, a water bottle
Location: Classes are hosted at our small studio in Williamstown, ON. Exact address and parking instructions will be sent out the week before class begins.
