Today we are talking about our 10km race last weekend. Kathryn and Kyle talk a little bit about the lead up, balancing training and recovery, and a break down of the run itself.

They talk about pacing, why they kept their start pace even when everyone was blowing past them, pre-race carb loading, the taper week and how to challenge what’s possible in a really sustainable way.

Our last program before the summer break begins May 21st. Come work on your squats with Kathryn for 6-weeks to improve leg strength and mobility. This program includes a variety of hip, adductor, glute, calf exercises to make squatting more powerful.
